Important Guidelines

• Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund is mentioned in the table below.

• Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.

• Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with Original Fee Receipt & Spectrum Identity Card.

• Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit Cancelled Cheque along with Refund Application.

• Scholarship can be availed as per the fee structure/scholarship detail plan only.

• Registration fee of ₹500 is non refundable. Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission.

• Refund rules are SAME even:

  (A) If a student joins class after commencement date or

  (B) If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or

  (C) If a student apply for refund before commencement of the class.

• No refund application will be entertained after the last date to apply for refund. Refund rules apply for the 1st installment only; fee paid in any subsequent installment (2nd, 3rd, 4th or any other installment) is non refundable.

• There are special fee concession provisions for deposition of fee in one installment and also a penalty provision for late deposition (for all courses).
