Beyond appearing in MHT-CET (or the preferred national exam, where applicable), actual admission requires meeting course-specific Std XII subject combinations and minimum aggregate marks. The MHT-CET 2027 syllabus has not been released. Step 1 — Registration windowपायरी 1 — नोंदणी कालावधी

Candidates register and confirm their application form online within the notified window (in 2026: 10 January – 12 February). Step 2 — Filling the formपायरी 2 — फॉर्म भरणे

The application fee (see Section 8) must be paid online, via mobile wallet, or via UPI within the notified deadline (2026: up to 13 February, a day after registration closed). On successful payment, a confirmation is displayed online. 10Provisions Relating to Persons with Disabilityदिव्यांग उमेदवारांसाठी सुविधा

A candidate availing the facility of a scribe/writer is given compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination (i.e. 30 minutes for a 90-minute paper block), where applicable. Eligibility for scribe and/or extra time varies by the specific disability, as summarised below:scribe/writer सुविधा घेणाऱ्या उमेदवाराला परीक्षेच्या प्रत्येक तासामागे 20 मिनिटे compensatory time दिला जातो (म्हणजे 90 मिनिटांच्या paper साठी 30 मिनिटे), जिथे लागू असेल तिथे. scribe व/किंवा जास्त वेळ मिळण्याची पात्रता दिव्यांगत्वाच्या प्रकारानुसार बदलते, खाली दिल्याप्रमाणे:

The admit card is made available for download through the candidate's login closer to the exam date (exact date to be notified). Examination centre:परीक्षा केंद्र: Allotted at almost all district headquarters in Maharashtra, subject to node availability; candidates rank their preferred cities/districts during registration. If a candidate appears for both PCM and PCB, or for two attempts of the same group, they may be allotted different centres for each. 12Normalization, Percentile Method & ResultNormalization, Percentile पद्धत व निकाल

Since MHT-CET is conducted across multiple shifts and, for many candidates, across two separate attempts, raw marks across different shifts are not directly comparable. The CET Cell therefore converts raw marks into a percentile score for each shift, similar in principle to the method used for JEE Main.MHT-CET अनेक शिफ्ट्समध्ये, आणि अनेक उमेदवारांसाठी दोन वेगळ्या attempts मध्ये घेतली जात असल्याने, वेगवेगळ्या शिफ्ट्सचे raw marks थेट तुलना करण्यायोग्य नसतात. त्यामुळे CET Cell प्रत्येक शिफ्टसाठी raw marks चे percentile score मध्ये रूपांतर करते, JEE Main मध्ये वापरल्या जाणाऱ्या पद्धतीसारखेच.

13Attempts & the Best-of-Two RuleAttempts व सर्वोत्तम-दोन नियम

• A candidate may appear for PCM only, PCB only, or both groups — and, within each group, may opt for a First Attempt only or Both Attempts (two sittings).उमेदवार फक्त PCM, फक्त PCB, किंवा दोन्ही गटांसाठी बसू शकतो — आणि प्रत्येक गटात, फक्त पहिला Attempt किंवा दोन्ही Attempts (दोन वेळा) निवडू शकतो.

Admission to the courses covered by MHT-CET is carried out through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), run by the State CET Cell, based on the candidate's category-wise Inter-Se-Merit (percentile) and the seat matrix declared by participating institutes.
